Orkos palm nectar is the nectar of Palmyra palm, and comes from Indonesia. To harvest it, an incision is made at the top of the palm tree, at the level of an inflorescence. Our producer collects the sap at short intervals, and refrigerates it immediately to prevent it from becoming alcoholic, according to a method we have developed with him.
